• Supabase Authentication: We use Supabase as our backend service provider to manage user sessions securely. Supabase employs enterprise-grade security standards to protect your credentials and session tokens.
• LinkedIn OAuth: We integrate directly with LinkedIn's OAuth 2.0 protocol for user login. This means we never see or store your LinkedIn password. When you log in, you are authenticated directly by LinkedIn, which then provides us with a secure token to access your basic profile information and post on your behalf, strictly according to the permissions you grant.

A. Personal Data

When you register via LinkedIn, we collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily give us. This includes:

• Identity Data: Your full name and profile picture URL as provided by LinkedIn.
• Contact Data: Your email address associated with your LinkedIn account.
• Professional Data: Your LinkedIn headline or job title (if available via public profile).

B. Usage and Analytics Data

We collect content you generate within the app, including:

• User-Generated Content: Post drafts, voice notes (processed immediately and not permanently stored as raw audio), and final posts scheduled or published through the App.
• Performance Metrics: Data regarding the performance of your LinkedIn posts, such as likes, comments, shares, views, and engagement rates. This data is retrieved via the LinkedIn API to display analytics within your dashboard.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including ID, model, manufacturer, and operating system version, to troubleshoot bugs and improve app performance.
• Engagement Data: Logs of how you interact with the app, such as which features you use most frequently (e.g., "Generate Post," "Schedule").

3. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use information collected via the App to:

• Core Service Delivery: Create and manage your account, process your subscription orders via RevenueCat, and deliver the content generation and scheduling services you requested.
• Personalization: Tailor the AI-generated content to your professional tone and style based on your past posts and usage.
• Analytics & Improvement: Analyze usage trends to recommend optimal posting times and improve the accuracy of our AI algorithms.
• Communication: Email you regarding your account, subscription status, security alerts, and new feature updates. You can opt-out of marketing emails at any time.
• Support: Respond to product and customer service requests.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

A. Trusted Service Partners

We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers ("Partners") solely to perform services for us or on our behalf. • Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication.
• OpenAI / Anthropic: For Large Language Model (LLM) processing to generate your post content. Text sent to these providers is anonymized where possible and is not used to train their models.
• RevenueCat: For processing in-app purchases and managing subscriptions.

B. Legal Obligations

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation (e.g., a subpoena or court order).
• Protect and defend the rights or property of TECHenya Solutions.
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the App.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Upon request for deletion, we will remove your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from our active databases. However, we may retain certain data in our archives for a period of up to 9 months for fraud prevention, accounting, and compliance purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted.
