Data Deletion Instructions
At LinFluence (TECHenya Solutions), we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
Option 1: In-App Deletion
The easiest way to delete your data is through the mobile application:
- Open the LinFluence App on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice. This action is irreversible and will immediately remove your data from our servers.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion via email:
- Send an email to linfluenceprivacy@techenya.com.
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- Please send the email from the email address associated with your LinFluence account so we can verify ownership.
Data Retention Policy
Once your request is processed:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email, and profile picture will be queued for deletion.
- We retain this data for up to 9 months after your request to comply with legal obligations and fraud prevention.
- After this period, your data is permanently deleted from all our systems.
- Any analytics data associated with your posts will be anonymized and retained for aggregate reporting.
